When moving to thier new office Capital Electric Line Builders chose to upgrade thier aging network infrastructure and replace thier existing traditional legacy phone system.  To reduce installation cost and fit the office relocation in a single weekend window of time, they choose to employ our plug-n-play installation option.

Plug-N-Play installation:

• System specifications are predefined at time of ordering equipment
• All equipment arrives at our shop for pre-configuration
• All network specific information is configured on the switches
• All Extension, User, and Voicemail box information is pre-configured on NBX
• DID and or call flows are created and tested
• If the system is a multi-site system then site to site calling, QOS (Quality of Service), and site to site networking configuration is also configured
• All equipment is re-packaged and drop-shipped for arrival on or before the day requested
• Key user training can be completed by web conference before or after arrival of equipment
• Once Equipment arrives the system is installed by customer using easy to follow connection diagrams and phone support is available durring install as well

The plug-n-play option doesn't require a highly trained IT professional and can save a considerable amount of the project budget.
