Microsoft End of Support Deadlines

The two main products falling in this category are:

Windows XP - It is important to upgrade systems running Windows XP before the end of this phase of the lifecycle as security will be comprimised on these systems as they reach the end of the lifecycle due to no more security updates being made available.
Office 2003 Apllication Suites - These suites are still popular but with inexpesive options for upgrades become available we recommend replacing these applications unless there is a strong business case to contiue thier use. There have been some imcompatibilities seen in these older versions when running on windows 7 operating systems, at worst case plan to replace these aging applications at the same time as your operating system upgrades.

Both of these product families will cease to be supported by normal means as of April 2014
